Reduce morning stress: By creating a task list the night before, can this help our anxiety?

You may have experienced getting home and suddenly remembering tasks for the next day which puts you into panic mode. You go to bed, work on your mind and can’t switch off, then when you wake up and immediately think of work. You are in an anxious state and a rush to complete the task.
